June 9, 2023: Infinite Bliss releases "We Reach For Crowded Aboveness" via Grimalkin. “We Reach for Crowded Aboveness” is the full length debut album by Infinite Bliss, 2 years in the making. Initially inspired in part by their father’s passing several years ago, it eventually became an exploration inspired by Gnostic themes of eschatology and apocalyptic destruction.

Infinite Bliss is an ambient and drone metal project helmed by Eric Kemp (they/them). They often combine loops, found sounds and heavy effects laden guitar to create funeral dirge-esque songs. Eric is also a collective member and board member for Grimalkin Records. They played Suoni Per Il Popolo festival in Montreal in 2021 as part of the Grimalkin Showcase in the festival, as well as Grimalkin’s inaugural music festival in August 2022.

Tape proceeds go to Grimalkin's current fundraisers. 75% of digital proceeds on Bandcamp go to Infinite Bliss and the other 25% supports future releases. Lathe proceeds go back to our label fund. We break even if they all sell.
